Program Description

Event Details

This three-week yoga series is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move with ease. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Led by certified instructor Jen Cousineau of JenCYoga.

A Program & Fitness waiver is required to attend library fitness programs. Please return the completed form to the library prior to the program if you have not already done so for a previous event. You can pick up the form at the library or access a digital copy here.
