This interactive, beginner-friendly drum circle at the Riverside Park Pavilion invites adults and teens to come together and experience the joy of rhythm, music, and connection in a warm and welcoming space. Michele will provide percussion instruments for up to 20 participants, or you can bring your own small drum or shaker if you have one. Together we'll build community, reduce stress, and lift spirits through a fun and joyful drumming session.
No experience is needed to attend. Teens 16 and under are welcome to participate with a parent or guardian.
Michele Leonard is a local musician and community drum circle facilitator. She leads the Great Lansing Area Drummers weekly drum circle, now in its sixth year.
