Application for New Cards and Card Renewals

To renew your library card, complete the information below and attach a valid copy of your ID with current address.

Why am I being asked to do this?

DDL library cards expire every one to three years depending on your current address. If you live within the DDL service area, a library card is good for 3 years. If you live outside of the service area, a library card needs renewal every year and may incur a renewal fee. When a card expires, the library account is blocked from being able to checkout, renew, or place holds on library materials.
